He has also facilitated a number of investment sales and sale/leaseback transactions for clients along Colorado’s Front Range over the years. Rob brings more than 35 years of commercial real estate experience, including transactions with many large institutional and Fortune 500 corporate users. He has been nominated twice as Industrial Broker of the Year by the Colorado Chapter of NAIOP, and is consistently a top producer in the Denver marketplace. Rob’s work history includes 18 years at Cushman & Wakefield and 12 years at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), and he has worked with Ringsby since 2013. Rob Joined Ringsby because of the company’s reputation, entrepreneurial platform, integrity, senior industrial associate brokers, and ability to serve all aspects of a client’s needs.
