Tom is an experienced, savvy industrial specialist, strategic in outlook, with a desire to provide value and deliver wins to his clients. A 2023 addition to the Ringsby family, he is happy to be teaming up with the other seasoned experts here.

Tom is a native of Denver, and an honors graduate of Arizona State University, with a degree in economics, and the UCLA School of Law. He has been a top-producing broker for over three decades, representing major property users and owners, as well as small and mid-size companies and start-ups. Prior to that he practiced law, specializing in business and real estate- he knows his way around a contract and how to advocate for his clients.

Tom began his brokerage career with a major national firm, where he handled a broad range of industrial transactions locally and nationally. After that he spent 20 years with a top-tier boutique commercial firm in Denver, where in addition to industrial properties he touched nearly every product type. As you might guess, variety is his thing, and his resume is extensive. He also brings an owner’s perspective to his efforts, as a successful investor and developer. Whatever the situation he is most interested in figuring out the solution to a problem, and working with his team and clients to get the job done.

Tom and his wife Ann have two grown children, and a prison rescue pup they’re told is “the sweetest dog ever” (doggie day care wouldn’t fib about that, right??). They enjoy travel, sports, and all things outdoors. In the all-important giving back realm he is hands-on, and would love to have you join him in adopting families during the holidays, supporting those who defend our freedom and safety, and helping kids always.
